Custom Manufacturing
Terms apply to OEM, ODM, private label, team uniforms and custom sportswear production.
Payments & Invoices
Payment instructions, advance payments and invoices are handled according to agreed order terms.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines, shipping methods and export documentation depend on destination and order requirements.
Orders Begin After Final Approval
To avoid mistakes in custom manufacturing, every order must be confirmed with complete product details, quantities, customization requirements, artwork files and payment agreement before production starts.
Confirmed Specifications
Product type, fabric, sizes, colors and quantities must be finalized.
Artwork Approval
Logos, designs, placements and branding details must be approved.
Invoice Confirmation
Pricing, payment terms and delivery details are confirmed by invoice.
Production Start
Production begins after approval and advance payment confirmation.
Transparent Payment Requirements

Bank Transfer

Sample Approval
Samples may be produced for review before bulk production, depending on product type and buyer requirements.
Color & Artwork
Buyer must confirm artwork, logos, colors, placements and branding details before production starts.
Size Tolerance
Minor size, color or production variation may occur due to fabric, printing, stitching and manufacturing processes.
Final Authorization
Bulk production begins only after final approval, confirmed order details and payment confirmation.
Reliable Dispatch With Clear Responsibility
Shipping timelines, delivery methods and export documentation are confirmed according to the order size, destination country and selected shipping option.
Dispatch After Completion
Orders are dispatched after production completion, quality inspection and final payment confirmation where applicable.
Shipping Method
Shipping method is selected based on destination, urgency, order volume and buyer preference.
Export Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list and required shipment details are provided where applicable.
Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance and local charges are usually the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Fair Resolution For Verified Issues
We are committed to delivering products that meet approved specifications. In the unlikely event of a verified manufacturing issue, our team will review the matter and work towards an appropriate resolution.
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless a manufacturing defect or confirmed production error exists.
Issue Reporting
Buyers should report any issue promptly and provide clear photographs, videos or supporting evidence for review.
Investigation Process
Each claim is reviewed against approved specifications, production records and quality control documentation.
Verified Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, corrective action may be discussed based on the nature and extent of the issue.
Non-Returnable Products
Custom-made, personalized and private label products are generally non-returnable once approved and produced.
Branding, Artwork & Ownership Rights

Customer Ownership
Customers retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, brand assets, artwork and intellectual property provided for production.
Authorization Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use submitted logos, graphics, designs and branded materials.
Production Authorization
By placing an order, the customer authorizes Mississippi Sports Wear to manufacture products using the approved artwork and branding files.
Confidentiality
Customer artwork, branding materials and production information are handled with professional confidentiality throughout the manufacturing process.
Mississippi Sports Wear assumes no liability for unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted material or intellectual property submitted by customers. The customer accepts full responsibility for the rights and permissions associated with provided artwork and branding assets.
Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control
While Mississippi Sports Wear strives to fulfill every order according to agreed timelines and specifications, certain circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect production, shipping or delivery schedules.
We make every reasonable effort to minimize disruptions and keep customers informed of any significant changes affecting their orders.
Transportation Delays
Delivery schedules may be affected by carrier delays, port congestion, logistics disruptions or transportation issues.
Customs Processing
Customs inspections, clearance procedures and import regulations remain outside our direct control.
Force Majeure Events
Natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, labor disruptions or other extraordinary events may impact operations.
Government Restrictions
Regulatory changes, trade restrictions, export controls or government actions may affect production or shipment schedules.
