Find The Right Fit For Every Product
Use our sizing guidance to review body measurements, garment fit and product-specific size information before confirming your order. Final sizing may vary by product type, fabric and intended fit.
Measure Correctly For A Better Fit
Use a flexible measuring tape and take measurements over light clothing without pulling the tape too tight. Compare your body measurements with the relevant product size chart before confirming sizes.
Chest / Bust
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level around the body.
Waist
Measure around the natural waistline without pulling the measuring tape too tightly.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of the hips while standing naturally with your feet together.
Inseam
Measure from the upper inner thigh down to the desired trouser or pant length.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the shoulder point down the arm to the desired sleeve ending position.
Body Height
Stand straight without shoes and measure from the top of the head to the floor.
Before Taking Your Measurements
Accurate measurements help us recommend suitable sizing and reduce unnecessary fit issues during custom production.
Body measurements and finished garment measurements are not the same. Garment dimensions include additional allowance depending on product design, fabric stretch and intended fit.
Reference Measurements For Common Product Types
These charts provide general sizing guidance. Final measurements may vary depending on garment style, fabric stretch, intended fit and product construction.

Women’s & Youth Size References
Use these measurements as a general reference when selecting sizes for women’s apparel and youth teamwear. Product construction, fabric stretch and intended fit may affect final garment dimensions.

Women’s Fit
Women’s garments may use different pattern proportions from standard unisex apparel. Always confirm whether the required product should use women’s, unisex or custom patterns.
Youth Sizing
Children of the same age can have different body measurements. Chest, waist and height should take priority over age when selecting youth sizes.
For custom manufacturing projects, sizing can be developed according to your approved measurement chart, reference garment or technical specification. Please confirm custom sizing requirements before production.
Different Products Need Different Fit Rules
A single size chart cannot accurately represent every sportswear category. Fabric stretch, protective equipment, performance movement and intended silhouette all influence garment fit.
Basketball Uniforms
Typically designed with a relaxed athletic fit to support unrestricted movement during running, jumping and shooting.
Relaxed Athletic FitSoccer Jerseys
Commonly developed in regular or athletic fits depending on the club, fabric construction and performance preference.
Regular / Athletic FitAmerican Football
Jersey measurements may require extra allowance for shoulder pads and protective equipment worn underneath the garment.
Equipment Allowance RequiredCycling Wear
Cycling jerseys often use a closer aerodynamic fit and may feel tighter than standard casual or teamwear garments.
Close Performance FitCompression Wear
Stretch fabrics are intentionally designed to fit close to the body and should not be selected using loose-fit standards.
Compression FitSwimwear
High-stretch materials require body-conscious sizing and product-specific patterns for secure performance fit.
High-Stretch Body FitGoalkeeper Wear
Goalkeeper garments may require additional room depending on padding, protection and layering requirements.
Protection-Based FitWomen’s Activewear
Women-specific patterns may use different bust, waist and hip proportions compared with standard unisex garments.
Women-Specific PatternConfirm The Intended Fit Before Production
For custom manufacturing orders, please specify whether the required fit should be slim, athletic, regular, relaxed, oversized or developed from a reference garment or approved measurement chart.
Your Specifications. Our Production.
For custom manufacturing projects, we can develop sizing around your approved specifications instead of relying only on standard size charts. This helps brands maintain consistent fit across their collections.
Your Size Chart
Provide your existing measurement chart and our team can review it before pattern development and sampling.
Reference Garment
A physical reference garment can be used to understand required dimensions, proportions, construction and fit.
Pattern Development
Patterns can be developed according to the product design, required fit, fabric behavior and approved measurements.
Size Grading
Once the base size is approved, measurements can be graded across the required size range using agreed specifications.
Custom Sizing Approval Process
Submit Specifications
Share your size chart, technical pack or reference garment requirements.
Technical Review
Measurements and fit requirements are reviewed before pattern development.
Sample Development
A sample can be developed to evaluate measurements, construction and overall fit.
Approval & Grading
Approved specifications become the reference for grading and bulk production.
Understanding Measurement Tolerances
Garment manufacturing involves cutting, sewing, finishing and fabric behavior, so minor measurement variation can occur between finished pieces. Applicable tolerances should be agreed according to the product and specification before bulk production.
No Universal Tolerance
Measurement tolerance is not identical for every garment. Jerseys, compression garments, jackets, pants and stretch products can require different tolerance standards.
Confirm product-specific tolerances during technical development and sample approval.A Few Things To Check Before Ordering
Selecting the right size involves more than matching one body measurement. Consider the intended fit, fabric properties, product type and how the garment will be worn.
Between Two Sizes?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, consider the desired fit and product type before selecting the final size.
Consider Fit PreferenceCheck The Intended Fit
Slim, athletic, regular, relaxed and oversized garments can feel very different even when they carry the same size label.
Fit Affects SizingConsider Fabric Stretch
Stretch fabrics may fit closer to the body, while structured or low-stretch fabrics can require additional wearing ease.
Fabric Behavior MattersOrdering For A Team?
Collect individual player measurements rather than selecting sizes only by age, height or previous uniform size.
Measure Each PlayerAllow For Equipment
Sports involving protective equipment or additional layers may require extra garment allowance for comfortable movement.
Consider What Is Worn UnderneathApprove Before Bulk Production
For custom sizing projects, review and approve the relevant measurements or sample before bulk manufacturing begins.
